Douglas Ingraham is a finance professional passionate about aerospace, aviation and the unique opportunities the space offers. He has over 8 years experience with investments in a broad range of assets from lease portfolios, to individual engines, to spare parts pools and more. This background includes the full investment cycle including bidding, negotiations, structuring ownership, execution and management and eventual divestment. He has particular experience in modeling cash flows for analysis, management and valuation from the single asset to the portfolio level.

Before offering his services independently, Douglas was employed as an analyst by Brigade Capital Management LP, a investment management firm with over $15 billion AUM . There his duties included new deal underwriting/pitches/executions, monthly valuations, oversight of asset servicers and eventually managing the divestment of the firm's real aviation assets. He started his career in the aerospace and defense division of Ametek where he worked on components that fly on such platforms as the Boeing Dreamliner and the Lockheed Martin F35.

Mr. Ingraham holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA with finance and global business specializations from New York University.
